I did it again but only changed the baud rate and then it seemed to work. It flashed succesfully but then nothing was working anymore.

In order to use all of LaserGRBL feature, your engraver must supports laser power modulation through gcode "S" command.
Unlike other GUI LaserGRBL it is specifically developed for use with laser cutter and engraver.
